Why do you like working at Macandrew Bay kura?
I love working at Macandrew Bay Kura because of the kind of people our children become. They leave our school as confident, capable learners who understand the importance of kindness, empathy, and contributing positively to others and the environment.
Academically, our students thrive, and we are strongly supported by our families, which makes a real difference. The children know their strengths and are aware of what they need to work on, which helps them take ownership of their learning.
Macandrew Bay has always felt like a true community school, where staff, parents, and children work together in a supportive and connected way. It has been a privilege to be part of such a special place for so many years. I especially love seeing former students and hearing them reflect on the happy and meaningful experiences they had during their time here.
