Camp Columba in Pukerau

Last week the Year 6 children and parent helpers enjoyed three days at Camp Columba in Pukerau.  There was a lot of fun to be had as well as some impressive bravery in all of the activities.

We enjoyed; raft building, orienteering, archery, abseiling, flying kiwi, high ropes, kayaking, frisbee golf, water sliding, concrete sliding, rock climbing, project runway, a dazzling camp concert and doing the dishes, cleaning the bathrooms and bunk inspections by the fiercely strict Mrs Ward!  An amazing variety of activities and something to challenge everyone! 

We had an amazing team of parent helpers who made the whole camp run smoothly!  Angus had his birthday on camp and his Dad made a delicious birthday cake - how awesome to have a birthday party with your entire year group!
