The last 5 weeks have gone super fast! Our classroom is beginning to sparkle up and we have our systems and routines up and running.

One of the highlights has been learning to work collaboratively with Kererū. We have had to work on what successful collaboration looks, sounds and feels like in order for great learning to take place.

We have completed statistical investigations to help get to know each other and have been learning the importance of manaakitanga as we learn about each other and what makes each other tick!

The pool has been another highlight this term. We have been amazed at the progress of the children and how much their skills have developed since the beginning of the term. 

The children have created awesome giraffe art this term! We found some pretty cool captions to go with their masterpieces......

This was a great activity to develop our Growth Mindset strategies and to encourage a classroom environment where we take risks and learn from our mistakes.
